My name is Sharna, and I am a certified health and life coach and herbalist located just outside of Boston, MA.
I've been helping people meet their goals by creating healthy habits with a holistic approach and have over 20 years of experience as a weight loss coach with W.W. (Formerly known as Weight Watchers). I work with my clients to establish their needs and create a roadmap to empower themselves, find balance, and live their best life.
As a health coach, I assist my clients with achieving their health and wellness goals in a wholesome, natural, and holistic way. My programs offer curated information, and strategies for adopting and maintaining healthy habits with consistent "kick-ass" accountability.
As a certified aromatherapist, trained herbalist, and reflexologist, I help clients explore how essential oils and reflexology can improve their everyday lives, from relaxation to self-care and stress management, anxiety relief, and boosting immunity. One of my greatest joys is creating customized herbal products and herbal remedies for personal use or as gifts.
Without the support of a health or life coach, you may find yourself setting goals and not achieving them, bouncing around from one fad diet to the next, or giving up on yourself when your negative self-talk and limiting beliefs stand in the way of you living life to your fullest potential. We all know what to do, we just don’t always do it.
